Sender B. Tator received his B.A. from York University in 1993 and his LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1997, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1999. For his first two years of practice, Sender was an associate at a civil litigation firm in Toronto. Sender joined Schnurr Kirsh Stephens in 2001, where he practices exclusively in the area of estate, trust and mental incompetency litigation. He has lectured at the Law Society of Upper Canada ("Estates and Trusts Summit") and is a member of the Executive of the Ontario Bar Association - Trusts and Estates Section. Sender has contributed to the books, "Estate Litigation" and "Ontario Estates Statutes", and numerous papers in this field.
