Debra L. Stephens was awarded a scholarship to Queen's University and obtained her B.A. in history and English in 1977. Debra attended Osgoode Hall Law School graduating in 1980 and was called to the Bar in 1982. Debra was on the Osgoode Hall Alumni Board of Directors from 1983 until 1992 and taught Estates to Law Clerks at Humber College in 1991. Debra practiced at Mills & Mills from 1982 until 1998 and at Hughes, Dorsch, Garland, Cole, Stephens, from 1998 to 2000. Debra joined Schnurr Kirsh Stephens in January 2001.
