Brian A. Schnurr was called to the Bar in 1974 and has served as Chairman of the Estates Section of the Bar Admission Course. Brian writes and teaches extensively in the areas of Estate and Trust Litigation and he has been certified by the Law Society of Upper Canada as a specialist in estates and trusts law. He is the author of two leading texts published in the field of estate litigation, entitled: "Annotated Ontario Estates Statutes" and "Estates Litigation".
